What I offer.

  • Trusteeship.

    Managing the assets of your trust in accordance with the provisions — and intent — of the trust agreement. I can serve as: Trustee, Successor Trustee or Co-Trustee.

  • Executorship.

    Serving as Executor or Administrator (where there is no will) of a decedent's estate, marshalling the assets of a decedent, paying creditors, making distributions to heirs, and otherwise executing the terms of the decedent's will.

  • Advisor to trustees and executors.

    Engaged by them to assist in trust or estate management, including preparing accountings, making disbursements, and advising on tax and financial matters.

  • Quality Support and Review of legacy.

    • I provide regular assessment of Trust Performance, reviewing with your investment advisor if they are meeting your goals.

    • Review the Trust Agreement when major life cycles (death, birth, remarriage, etc.) or major financial changes occur, or there is a change in the law.

    • Submit a full Annual Accounting Report, providing a complete annual picture of all income, assets, disbursements, etc.

    • Gather all of the necessary information and engage CPA's to prepare annual Income Tax Returns.

Our fee arrangements are designed to align with the scope and complexity of services provided

Ongoing Trust Administration

Fees are typically based on a percentage of assets under management, structured on a sliding scale—resulting in lower percentage fees for larger trusts.

Trust & Estate Settlement Services

Complete settlement services following the death of a trustor or for estate administration are billed at an hourly rate of $200 per hour.
